College Road, Croydon

Building on the innovation at 101 George Street as the world’s tallest modular building, the proposed tallest element of the building will set a further record at 150m tall. This remarkable record of the two tallest modular buildings in the world combined with bringing forward London’s first co-living development through the GLA planning process will put Croydon at the forefront of 21st Century community creation.

College Road comprises 817 Co-Living homes and 120 affordable residential units over two towers at 49 and 35 storeys tall.

We were commissioned to design, manufacture and provide all internal joinery to each modular section being manufactured off-site at the client’s premises. All Joinery Product was then supplied as requested and installed when required.
